Privacy Policy

Last updated August 1, 2026

Suds is a mobile app for logging real outings and seeing what your friends are up to. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what the product visibly needs, we don't sell your data, and there are no third-party ads.

Who sees your content

Your posts, including their location pins, are visible to people who follow you on Suds. Be mindful that a log carries the precise location where it was captured.

Service providers

We use cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) to run Suds and store content, and an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate Move concierge replies. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data retention and deletion

Your content stays until you delete it or your account. To delete your account and its data, email rayyanrsarkhot@gmail.com from the address or phone associated with your account.

Children

Suds is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Questions: rayyanrsarkhot@gmail.com.
